Purchasing a Yorkie

Deposits and Layaway Information!

If you would like to put a deposit on an upcoming puppy or on one before it is ready to go, you will be kept up to date as to when your puppy is ready to leave. All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise pre-arranged in writing.

Once your puppy is ready to leave you will have up to 10 days to pay off any unpaid balance, unless otherwise pre-arranged or the puppy will go back up for sale and your deposit forfeited, or applied to another puppy of equal value which is agreed upon by both the breeder and purchaser, unless other arrangements have been made.

Payments/deposits can be made by personal checks, certified bank check or a bank wire transfer. Puppies will be shipped 12 to 30 business days after all monies have been deposited and have cleared the bank, unless weather and/or airlines do not allow shipping.

Deposits are a minimum of $700 on a puppy that costs up to $1200.00 or half down of full purchase price of puppy that costs over $1200.00 and are non-refundable, unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Contract Agreements

Spay/Neuter-LIimited Registration or Non-Registered Stipulations

All pups/dogs are sold neuter/spay and unregistered(no papers) or if agreed upon in writing on limited registration, unless sold on a show/breeding contract. If sold on limited registration papers are given upon written confirmation from owners Vet stating that said pup/dog has been spayed/neutered. Spay/neuter will be noted on limited registration papers, if sold with limited registration papers.

If owner requests not to be registered then no registration papers will be given on spay/neuter pets. Instead copies of parents pedigree will be given when spayed/neutered and a copy of the spay/neuter invoice from clinic/vet is provided/sent.

Shipping Expense

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the pup, unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Shipping cost will be from 375.00 to 450.00 depending on many factors. Some of the factors are which airline is used, insurance, destination of flight, type of carrier used, beds, pads, food, toys, types of health exam/certificate, type of vet exams required, type of shots required for where the puppy is to be shipped and time frame puppy is to be shipped.

Non-Refundable Deposit But can be Transferable

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transfered to another puppy if I agree to it. Deposits are a minimum of a non-refundable $700 on a puppy that costs up to $1200.00 or half down of full purchase price of puppy that costs over $1200.00 and are non-refundable, unless otherwise pre-arranged. If purchaser defaults on purchasing pup, such as not taking possession of pup, for whatever reason, then any money that has been put down on puppy, other than the initial non-refundable $700.00 deposit will be put towards another pup of equal or greater value.

If purchaser returns pup and the pup is in good health, no life threatening hereditary condition that would cause the pup to be euthanized, then there will be NO EXCHANGE. If Purchaser has personal or health issues and cannot care for the pup and has to return pup, then breeder and purchaser in writing, can agree upon purchaser getting another puppy when one is available, that is equal to the paid price of the puppy that was returned, MINUS any fees that were deducted. Puppies that are returned for no apparent health reason, will have to be put in quarantine for appropriate time frame (60 + days) and monies will be deducted from purchase price, for the time pup was in quarantine.

A pups adult size cannot and is not guaranteed. If at any time said owner cannot keep pup/dog then pup/dog will be given back to breeder to be placed in an approved screened home by the breeder.

1) If you stop paying on the puppy or decide that you don't want the puppy, you will not receive a refund.

2) If you return the puppy for any reason, other than a health issue that would cause it to be euthanized, you will not receive a refund. (The Breeder's veterinarian will determine if a puppy must be euthanized!)
